Description

UNBC is seeking to engage a Construction Manager (CM) with the necessary expertise, capacity and resources for the constructability review, construction management, construction, and commissioning of the renovations required for offices located at the College of New Caledonia (CNC) / UNBC South Central Campus at 100 Campus Way in Quesnel, BC. Thinkspace Architecture has been contracted by UNBC and will provide the Preliminary Architectural design drawings and specifications of the proposed renovations. UNBC is implementing the Project by means of an initial Construction Management Services Contract for Pre-Construction Services (UNBC Contract) that may, at the discretion of UNBC, convert to a CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract for Construction (CCDC 2-2020) once design, sub-trade tenders and cost estimation are completed.
