The Town of Diamond Valley is seeking a qualified Proponent to develop a Fire Service Master Plan, which includes an organizational and operational analysis of Diamond Valley Fire Rescue. The Master Plan will assist the department in developing a long-range (2025-2035) planning document that supports the Diamond Valley Strategic Plan and Diamond Valley Community Vision.
