Description

The provision of paving our current walking trails, located at Jesmond Point SW and along the South side of Redcliff Way SW, in the Town of Redcliff with Asphalt. The project will consist of paving approximately 2472.34m of the Jesmond Trail and 868.33m of the Kipling Trail. The proposed finished width of asphalt overlay will be 2.5m wide with a total thickness of 75mm.
The work shall cover at minimum the following:
ASPHALT TRAIL
• Remove and dispose of any existing material if required.
• Prepare existing base for the asphalt.
• Pricing to include landscape repair.
• Asphalt trail to overlay existing Jesmond Trail for approximately 2472.34m and Kipling Trail for approximately 868.33m
• Asphalt to be 2.5m wide with a total thickness of 75mm
