Description

The ASC is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide expert guidance and support in transitioning from the ASC"s current electronic document management system (i.e., eDOCS) to a new, more robust and efficient solution. This initiative is a critical component of ASC’s ongoing effort to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and compliance across the organization.

Vendors are advised that this solicitation is for consulting services only. The Consultant will not be asked to provide or implement a document management solution. Vendors are further advised that the Vendor selected through this RFP process (if any) shall be expressly prohibited from directly or indirectly bidding on, negotiating, or entering into a contract to implement any of the recommended solutions, or from advising or otherwise assisting any potential vendor seeking to contract with the ASC to implement the recommended solutions.
