The Town is requesting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide scheduled and emergency water and wastewater underground infrastructure repair, replacement, and installation
services.
The Selected Proponent will provide full infrastructure construction services for the Town’s water, wastewater, and stormwater systems on a “as and when required” basis as well as
emergency repair and maintenance services.
The Term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the Town to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to
two (2) years in one (1) year increments at the Town’s sole discretion.
