Description

The Province’s Public Service Commission needs a Contractor capable of providing a competency model review and developing a Proficiency Scale.

The APS has created the APS Competency Model that includes six core and three leadership competencies. To support the implementation of the APS Competency Model, a Proficiency Scale is required to standardize the way of describing the progressively observable behaviours for each of the
core and leadership competencies.

The APS Competency Model and Proficiency Scale will be integrated into current and future talent management processes, both within 1GX and outside of the 1GX system. The APS Competency Model vendor may need to consult with the ERP vendor in completing this work to confirm it can be readily integrated into 1GX.
