Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is jointly issued by the municipalities of Coaldale and Taber (the “Clients”) and is an invitation for qualified engineering consultants (the “Proponent”) to submit non-binding proposals for the Highway 3 Water and Wastewater Servicing Study (the “Project”).
The Government of Alberta has endorsed the exploration of water and wastewater servicing options for the Highway 3 Corridor by approving two Alberta Community Partnership Grants under the Intermunicipal Collaboration Component of their 2023/2024 ACP Program:
• Town of Taber – Regional Wastewater Concept Development Study Along Highway 3 Corridor;
• Town of Coaldale – Regional Potable Water Concept Development Study Along Highway 3 Corridor.

Given the complementary nature of both study projects, the Clients have elected to jointly procure qualified engineering consultants to undertake both study elements.
