Description

*Pre-Qualification Required

Miscellaneous concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk repairs, landscaping repair of effected areas, milling existing roadway surfaces, miscellaneous roadway patching and repairs, levelling course as directed by the Engineer, asphalt concrete pavement overlays, and pavement markings (painted and hot thermoplastic) on select streets.

The project consists of the following parts:

50 Avenue (Highway 17) between 52 Street and 57 Street
Excluding 50 Avenue between 54 Street and 55 Street
53 Avenue between 23 Street and 25 Street
44 Avenue (Highway 16) between 75 Avenue and west of 80 Avenue
27 Street between 49 Avenue and Dead End (Provisional)

The Work along 44 Street (Highway 16) will require significant coordination, traffic detour, business access and advanced warning signage, and project phasing. In addition to this, the Work along 44 Street will also include enhanced asphalt mix materials testing prior to and during construction to ensure compliance with the applicable technical specifications.
