Description

Toronto Region is seeking expressions of interest from qualified healthcare professionals from various health disciplines such as nurses, social workers and others, excluding physicians, for the position of Regional Clinical Co-Lead, Palliative Care. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with regional partners and provide clinical leadership to the evolution of the palliative care system in Ontario. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Clinical Programs in Toronto Region, in addition, this role will have indirect reporting and accountability to the Provincial Clinical Co-Leads, Ontario Palliative Care Network. This position plays an instrumental role in shaping regional palliative care delivery systems and implementing regional initiatives aligned to provincial priorities.
