Description

• Supply and Delivery of T-shirts and Boxer Shorts for Inmate Use
• Scope of Work
  The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of T-shirts and Boxer Shorts for Inmate Use for the Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN) and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) on an as-and-when required basis.
  
  The Preferred Bidder shall be required to enter into separate agreements with each of (i) SOLGEN and (ii) MCCSS for the provision of the Deliverables.
  
  Term of the Agreement: Two (2) year initial term with Three (3) additional extension terms of up to one (1) year each, at the Ministry’s option to extend.

  Date: February 27, 2024
  Time: 11:00 a.m. (Toronto Time)
  
  Interested Bidders are asked to register via email with the Ministry Contact, Jennifer Matts no later than 16:00p.m. (Toronto Time) on February 26, 2024. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided.
  
  The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements, as set out in the RFB. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.
