Detailed Description
Electrical
• Installation of new outlets, electrical wiring, defective switches, circuit breakers, light bulbs, light fixtures and all components involved in the electrical distribution system of any buildings including new electrical project installation.
• Preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment.

Plumbing
• Repairing and maintaining piping, fittings, fixtures, pumps, circulation systems, valves, thermostats, chemical supplies, etc. to maintain the water heating distribution system
• Repairing, replacing and installing devices, components and parts to maintain the site plumbing systems and related equipment in good working order. Completing preventative maintenance as directed, such as lubrication, re-assembly, testing and cleaning
• Installation of new plumbing systems, components

Mechanical/Maintenance
• Inspection, maintenance, repair and installation (as appropriate) of accessible eaves troughs, flat roof drains, windows, screens, chairs, radiators, BBQs, fences, sheet metal, playground equipment, drywall, roof top motors and ventilation
