Description

• Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Aviation Fuels.
  
  SO establishes enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangements for various commodities that may be accessed by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Non-OPS Entities across Ontario.
  
  The objective of the RFB is to establish an enterprise-wide VOR arrangement with multiple vendors for the supply and delivery of aviation fuels on an as-needed basis to support OPS ministries across Ontario.
  
  The intention is to award a primary and secondary vendor per delivery location, per fuel and delivery type. A vendor may be successful in more than one delivery location, fuel or delivery type.
• Scope of Work
  Aviation fuels refer to a specification of fuels required by fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Within the Ontario Public Service, these fuels are used primarily by the Aviation Services section of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Aviation Services of the Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN).
  
  The three delivery methods for aviation fuels are:
  • Direct-to-Aircraft;
  • Bulk Delivery; and
  • Drum Delivery.
  
  There are two (2) types of fuels, as further described in this document:
  • Turbo Fuel, Jet A-1 (with and without Fuel Systems Icing Inhibitor (FSII)) ► CAN/CGSB-3.23 2020; and
  • Aviation Gasoline (100 LL) ► CAN/CGSB-3.25 2004
• 
  Information Session Date and TimeTuesday, February 20 at 11:00 Toronto time.
  The Information Session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams meeting.
  Bidders must provide the names and email addresses of attendees through the eTendering online message system no later than Monday, February 19 at 5:00 pm.
  A meeting invite will be sent to all attendees with a link to the meeting.
