Description

Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to the Quilchena Community Center located at Nicola Lake, IR 1, Quilchena, BC. The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, February 27, 2024:

C-001 Glulam & CLT Panel

The project consists of the construction of a new timber frame community support center at Nicola Lake, IR 1, Quilchena with an open cultural and family gathering space, heritage skill and learning areas, programming areas, and supporting offices. The building structure consists of glulam columns, engineered lumber and crosslaminated timber roof decking. The building is intended to utilize natural locally sourced materials and blend historic and cultural elements of the Upper Nicola Band. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
