Bird Construction (“Construction Manager”), on behalf of Island Health (“Owner”), invites Trade Contractors to submit tenders for the HAU Project. The project is to fit-out approximately 1,067 square meters of shell space to become acute-care clinical space. This will be located on the first floor of the newly constructed critical care wing at NRGH, between the Emergency and Renal/Perinatal buildings, and immediately below the new Intensive Care Unit.
The Subcontract Work will be in accordance with the general scope of work outlined in the Tender documents. The successful bidders will enter Bird’s Standard Form 10.2 Subcontract and Appendices.
The scope of work will generally comprise the following trades:

• Switchable glass
• Glass, window and sliding Doors
