This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health (“Ontario Health” or “OH”) as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision for a Commercial, Off-The Shelf (COTS), remotely-hosted, Automated Quality Management System (AQMS) and its maintenance service (“Services”), as further described in Part 2 - The Services of this RFP.
