Description

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) is seeking a qualified lead contractor who can provide a team of personnel to manage an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) in the event of a major emergency disaster, within the PRRD, on a when and as needed basis.

The Contractor will follow the requirements of the British Columbia Emergency Response Management System (BCERMS) using the Emergency Operations Centre Operational Guidelines 2nd Edition as a set of standards for managing and staffing the EOC in the event of a major emergency or disaster.
