Description

Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services ualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) Multipurpose Ambulance Facility

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants.

Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, RCDD, code, acoustic, building envelope, door hardware and BIM as an added/option service.
