Description

The Board of Education of School District #38 (Richmond) is inviting Proposals for the provision of Leasing Services for Information Technology Equipment as further described in this RFP. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, Apple MacBook Airs, iMacs, iPads, Windows laptops, desktop PC’s, servers, network/datacentre infrastructure, and printers/multi-function devices. Computing devices will be refreshed on a 4 year schedule. Servers, network/datacentre infrastructure, and printers/multifunction devices will be refreshed on a 5 year schedule. Equipment will be leased at various starting points throughout each year based on the expiry dates of current leases. Equipment, models, specifications, and totals are estimates and are subject to change. The District does not guarantee business or make any guarantee of the value or volume of work that may be assigned to the selected Proponent.

The term of the Agreement will be five (5) years, with optional two (2) X one (1) year extensions at mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
