Description

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the Town is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies for a Contractor to manage Solid Waste Collection Services for the period of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 with the opportunity for two one-year extensions to the contract. There are approximately 2800 residential dwelling units in the Town of Innisfail’s Residential Collection Program.

The Town is seeking qualified professionals to provide a high level of customer service. The Town wishes to increase its diversion of solid waste from the landfill and identify ways to increase cost effectiveness. The selected proponent will be required to diligently track and provide information to the Town as specified in the scope of services and follow the regulations laid out in the Solid Waste Management Bylaw.
