Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Pre-Qualification for Condition Assessment Services
The establishment of the Prequalified List marks the end of “Stage 1” of the procurement process for the Project. Metrolinx then intends to issue subsequent procurement processes to Proponents on the Prequalified List (each process a “Stage 2” procurement process) to select specific Proponent(s) to enter into negotiations, if applicable, toward a contract for the performance of specific portions of work on the Project. The Scope of Work for the Project is described at Appendix “B” – Scope of Work.

The objective this RFQ is to complete Facility Condition Assessment reports including but not limited to: ten (10) year replacement/rehabilitation recommendations, Asset Condition Index reports, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Reports to identify asset failures, and visual or invasive asset level investigations and testing.

The vendors shall provide all the services, equipment, and labor required to undertake the work for all locations (station facilities, bus rapid transit facilities, Rail facilities, layovers, supporting buildings, maintenance facilities, Bus Terminals, and Park and Ride Facilities) identified in, and in accordance with the Deliverables and Scope of Work.
