Description of the goods or services required

The College (Coleg Sir Gar) are seeking quotes from contractors for the removal of existing/unusable soil heap at Graig Campus, Llanelli (SA15 4DN) and transport to a registered waste site/reuse by contractor etc, rectification of land area with topsoil and grass seeding.

Due to current budget restraints the college are seeking the best value option. Any suggestions by contractors that could provide best value would be greatly received.

The contractor is to be aware that the college do not have a measured quantity for the earth mound that needs to be removed and it is the responsibility of the bidder to carry out a visual / measured survey of the existing mound to determine its approximate size, quantity and dimension.
