Description

The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor to upgrade BC Pension Corporation’s current meeting room AV systems. The present AV systems are to be replaced with a Microsoft Teams Rooms solution that allows for hybrid meetings. Pension Corporation requires a consistent audio-visual experience for its users. The solution must be a reliable, high-quality audio-visual system. The successful proponent will be required to (1) design the solution for each room, (2) implement the solution, and (3) optionally provide technical AV services post implementation (design, implementation, support, etc.).
