Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) of its intent to direct award Enkon Environmental Ltd. (“Enkon”) an agreement to continue sampling, measuring, analyzing, and monitoring the receiving environment for water quality parameters including, but not limited to, Total Phosphorous, Ortho-phosphate, and Phytoplankton taxonomy for 5 monitoring periods at various sites in the JAMES Plant over a 3-year cycle (winter and summer 2024, winter and summer 2025, and winter 2026).

Enkon was the only bidder for the 3-year effluent monitoring program RFP in 2019, a contract for the previous 3-year monitoring program was awarded to them. They have the experience, skills, and knowledge to apply the same sampling equipment and methodologies to deliver the scope of work and reporting requirements consistently.

Contractor wishing to object to this direct award agreement shall email their objection to the City by December 19, 2023, before 2:00pm local time to: Attention: Alec Chan, Procurement.
