    Участникът, избран за Изпълнител, при изпълнение на поръчката следва да се придържа точно към изискванията на процедурата и приложенията към нея, включително Техническата спецификация, приложимото национално и европейско законодателство.Предлаганите медицински изделия следва да отговарят на следните изисквания:
    
    - да отговарят на изискванията на Закона за медицинските изделия (ЗМИ);
    
    - да имат декларация за съответствие от производителя или неговия упълномощен представител или СЕ сертификат за съответствие с Директива 98/79/ЕО, издаден от нотифициран орган по смисъла на ЗМИ;
    
    - остатъчният срок на годност към датата на доставката да не бъде по-малък от 70% от обявения от производителя.
    
    - Да са подходящи за работа с особено опасни инфекции по наредба № 3
    
    Срок на доставка следва да е не по-дълъг от 48 часа след получаване на писмената заявка на възложителя.

Възложителят не предвижда изискване за създаване на ЮЛ, когато участника, определен за изпълнител е обединение на ФЛ и/или ЮЛ. Преди сключване на договора, Изпъл.представя гаранция ,в една от ф-мите по чл.111,ал.5 ЗОП, обезпеч.изпълнението ,в р-р на 3% от ст-та му без ДДС.Условията.и сроковете за задържане или освобождаване на гаранцията за изпълнение, се уреждат в договора за общ.поръчка.

Поръчката е разделена на обособени позиции като критериите за подбор са еднакви за всички обособени позиции и на основания чл. 47, ал. 4 от ППЗОП Възложителят допуска документите по чл. 39, ал. 2 да се представят общо.
