На основание чл. 118, ал. 1 от ЗОП, във връзка с чл. 17, ал. 1, т. 1 от Договор за доставка на хранителни продукти № Ю5-629/02.12.2022 г., се сключи Анекс № 1 към договора, с който страните се споразумяха да прекратят по взаимно съгласие договор за доставка на хранителни продукти № Ю5-629/02.12.2022 г. по обособена позиция № 16. Минерална вода, считано от 06.12.2023 г. тъй като стойността на договора е достигната.
