ИА "Военни клубове и военно-почивно дело" полагайки дължимата грижа е провел две процедури за възлагане на обществени поръчки, но към момента няма сключен договор, тъй като за класираният на първо място единствен участник, преди подписване на договор е констатирано нарушение по чл. 54, ал. 1, т. 6 от ЗОП. Това налага удължаване на срока за изпълнение на сключения между страните договор № ОП-128/07.12.2021 г., поради невъзможност за прекъсване на предоставяната ежедневна услуга от страна на ИА ВКВПД.
