Предмет на общ. поръчка е "Определяне на изпълнител за актуализация на технически проект и строителство на обект: Път I-1 (E-79) "Мездра–Ботевград" Лот 1 от км 174+800 до км 194+122". Целта на общ. поръчка е:

-Актуализация на Техн. проект за модернизация и привеждане на съществуващия път до габарит Г20–четирилентов път с разделителна ивица и изграждане на обходни пътища на населените места,съгласно Заданието за актуализация на технически проект и предоставеният от Възложителя,наличен Техн. проект,изработен през 2008г.,като Обобщената количествена сметка (ОКС) към проекта се предоставя само за информация и за целите на критерия за възлагане.

-Изпълнение на строителството на участъка от км 174+800 до км 194+122.

Поръчката ще бъде изпълнена в съответствие с договорните условия на FIDIC Жълта книга.В изпълнение на дейностите е необходимо да се актуализира Техн. проект,работни чертежи и детайли,да се изгради изцяло и пусне в експлоатация посочения участък от км 174+800 до км 194+122.

Чл.1. В резулт. на констатациите, на настоящия анекс, страните одобряват: 1.1. Актуализиран линеен календарен график за изпъл. на СМР - Прил. 1 към настоящото Доп. спор. Нова, актуализ. Програма по Под-клауза 8.3 в съотв. с измененията в настоящото спор., ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ представя в 60-дневен срок от датата на подписването му.

чл. 2. В Специф. усл. на Договора, се правят следните промени: 1. В Под-клауза 8.2: - параграф първи, "1626 дни" се заменя с "2411 дни"; - параграф трети, т.2 , "1096 дни" се заменя с "1881 дни". 2. В "Прил. към офертата:, в Под-клауза 1.1.3.3 "1626" се заменят с "2411".

Чл. 3. В срок до 60 дни от подписването на настоящия анекс, ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ се задължава в съотв. с клаузите на договора да предостави и поддържа валидни удължени и актуализ. в съотв. със сроковете и стойн. по настоящото доп. спор. с документи по следните Под-клаузи: 4.2.; 18.2.; 18.3.; 18.4.; 18.5.
