Естеството на поръчката остава непроменено, има промени на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП. Страните се споразумяват за увеличение на единичните цени по Рамковото споразумение с процента на инфлация в размер на 25 % . Стойността Рамковото споразумение не се променя. Промените са подробно описани в Параграф 1 на ДС № 1 /24.08.2023 г.
