         L’accord-cadre a pour objectif de désigner au maximum trois soumissionnaires ayant remis l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse sur base de critères d’attribution spécifiques à l’accord-cadre (voir Titre I. Partie I. « Critères d’attribution appliqués à l’accord-cadre » du CSC).
