         Via deze overheidsopdracht willen we de aanpak, binnen een landbouwbedrijfsvoering, versnellen om openruimtedoelen te realiseren op het vlak van water en bodem, natuur en bos, biodiversiteit, voedsel, klimaat, landschap en een gezonde leefomgeving. Deze opdracht heeft tot doel landbouwers meer en beter te betrekken bij lokale gebiedscoalities in het kader van Waterlandschap, landbouwgerichte maatregelen op een gebiedsgerichte manier inzetten, en ondersteuning voor transitie bieden. De bedoeling van deze opdracht is om gebiedsgerichte landbouwbegeleiding te voorzien, die de mogelijkheden gaat uitwerken om landbouwbedrijven af te stemmen op de specifieke omgevingsdoelstellingen van de projectgebieden. Het is echter ook de bedoeling om na te denken welke begeleiding nodig is indien een transitie van de landbouwbedrijfsvoering wenselijk is.
