         Die geforderten Erklärungen und Nachweise sind vom Bewerber und bei Bewerbergemeinschaften jeweils von allen Mitgliedern vorzulegen. Ausländische Bewerber haben gleichwertige Nachweise der für sie zuständigen Behörde /

         Institution ihres Heimatlandes beizubringen. Zusätzlich sind diese ins Deutsche zu übersetzen, was durch eine beglaubigte Übersetzung geschehen muss. Folgende

         Eigenerklärungen und Nachweise sind erforderlich:

         - Soweit zutreffend: Bewerbergemeinschaftserklärung. Hierfür ist das Formular "HVA L StB Erklärung Bieter/Arbeitsgemeinschaft" zu verwenden.

         Bei einer Bewerbergemeinschaft ist die Berufshaftpflichtversicherung für jedes Mitglied der Bewerbergemeinschaft maßgebend.

         Eigenerklärung: Sofern bereits bekannt, Angaben zum Einsatz von Unterauftragnehmern. Im Falle des Einsatzes von Unterauftragnehmern ist die Teilleistung anzugeben, welche durch Unterauftragnehmer ausgeführt wird. Hierfür ist das Formular "HVA L StB Verzeichnis der Leistungen von Unterauftragnehmern bzw. anderen Unternehmen" zu verwenden.

         Anzubieten ist eine Natriumchloridlösung 22%-ig, die die Anforderungen der DIN EN

         16811-1:2016-10, erfüllt. Für das angebotene Produkt ist dem Angebot eine bis auf die Nr. 5 vollständig ausgefüllte Produktbeschreibung für tauende Streustoffe (siehe Anlage 3) beizufügen.

         Der Bieter hat für das angebotene Produkt ein Sicherheitsdatenblatt gemäß Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 vorzuhalten und dem Auftraggeber jedes Einzelloses

         auf Verlangen vorzulegen.

         Liefergarantie:

         Ggf. eine Lieferbestätigung der Produktionsstätte über den Gesamtumfang der Ausschreibung.

         Nachhaltigkeit:

         Angabe der Umweltmanagementmaßnahmen, die das Unternehmen während der Auftragsausführung anwendet.

         Umweltmanagement-Zertifizierung nach DIN EN ISO 14001

         Erklärung, aus der Ersichtlich ist, über welche Ausstattung, welche Geräte und welche technische Ausrüstung das Unternehmen für die Ausführung des Auftrags verfügt.
