   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         * Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikels 67 tot en met 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten.

         Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen.

         * Een uittreksel uit het strafregister of een evenwaardig document uitgereikt door een gerechtelijke of overheidsinstantie van het land van oorsprong of herkomst waaruit blijkt dat de inschrijver:

         - niet veroordeeld is geweest, bij een vonnis dat in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, voor deelname aan criminele organisaties, omkoping, fraude, terroristische misdrijven of strafbare feiten in verband met terroristische activiteiten, medeplichtigheid aan of poging tot het plegen van een dergelijk misdrijf, witwassen van geld, financiering van terrorisme, kinderarbeid en andere vormen van mensenhandel, tewerkstelling van onderdanen van derde landen die illegaal in het land verblijven;

         - niet veroordeeld is geweest, bij een vonnis dat in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, voor een misdrijf dat zijn professionele integriteit aantast;

         Daarnaast zal de aanbestedende overheid zich ervan verzekeren dat de inschrijver zich niet in ernstige mate heeft schuldig gemaakt aan het afleggen van valse verklaringen bij het verstrekken van inlichtingen opvorderbaar in het kader van de kwalitatieve selectie.

         * De volgende documenten zijn beschikbaar via elektronische weg en de aanbesteder vraagt zelf deze inlichtingen:

         - Het attest van aangifte en van betaling van de sociale zekerheidsbijdragen van de RSZ;

         - Het attest van BTW-plichtigheid (FOD Financiën);

         - De juridische situatie (niet-faillissement of soortgelijke situatie) bij de KBO;

         - Het attest fiscale schulden (FOD Financiën);

         Enkel voor niet-Belgische ondernemingen:

         * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 bevindt.
