         Les comptes annuels (bilan et comptes de résultats) et d’autres documents à déposer concernant les 3 dernières années comptables clôturées, excepté pour les entreprises qui les déposent annuellement à la Banque nationale de Belgique.

         Les ratios suivants seront examinés et doivent au minimum présenter les valeurs entre parenthèses : Critère 1 : Solvabilité (>20%), Critère 2 : Liquidité au sens large (>1), Critère 3 : Capitaux propres (positifs), Critère 4 : Fonds de roulement net (positif), Critère 5 : Perte reportée (inférieure à 50% du Capital + Réserves). Les firmes dont les comptes annuels des trois dernières années ne satisfont pas à un minimum de deux ratios pour chaque année, ne seront d"office pas sélectionnées.
