         L’Adjudicataire comportera une équipe multidisciplinaire comprenant

         au minimum un architecte, un ingénieur en stabilité des bâtiments et voiries, un ingénieur en techniques spéciales, un responsable PEB, un coordinateur sécurité-santé et un entrepreneur général.

         L’Adjudicataire du présent marché devra assurer la rénovation énergétique et mises aux normes diverses des logements.
