         1. Une note reprenant la composition de l’équipe et les titres d’étude des membres de celle-ci.

         2. Le candidat ou soumissionnaire doit faire la preuve d’une connaissance pratique de la réglementation des marchés publics ;

         3. Le candidat ou soumissionnaire doit produire la liste des principales missions d’architecture réalisées (au moins 2) durant les cinq dernières années ainsi que celles en cours en ce moment,

         4. En cas de sous-traitance, le soumissionnaire mentionne l’identité du ou des sous-traitant(s),

         1. Sous peine d’exclusion, l’équipe comprendra au minimum les profils suivants : deux architectes dont un responsable PEB, un spécialiste en techniques spéciales, un ingénieur en stabilité, spécialiste en gestion environnementale et/ou développement durable.

         2. le respect de ce critère devant être établi par la production d’au moins 2 attestations relatives à des missions d’architecture exécutées au cours des 5 dernières années et impliquant la pratique des marchés publics.

         3. soit au stade d’étude, soit au stade de chantier, relatives à une mission similaire c’est à dire de rénovation profonde de minimum 10 logements (x2), indiquant le montant, la date et leurs destinataires publics ou privés, avec mention du Pouvoir Adjudicateur.

         4. la part du marché sous-traitée et communique le curriculum vitae du ou des sous-traitants ainsi que la liste de leurs références en rapport avec la part du marché qui lui ou leur est confiée
