         De Aanbesteders zijn op zoek naar een geïntegreerd ontwerpteam (architect, ingenieurs stabiliteit en technieken, EPB-verslaggever, omgevingsaanleg, losse en vaste inrichting) dat de nodige affiniteit heeft met realisaties in de residentiële sector meer bepaald bij de opvang en begeleiding van een gezin met kinderen en jongvolwassenen.

         De studieopdracht bestaat uit het concipiëren van een sociaal residentieel centrum voor tijdelijke opvang met als programma 15 studio’s voor ‘dak-thuislozen’ (alleenstaanden, koppels of gezinnen), 4 studio’s ‘jongvolwassenen’ en bijhorende nevenfuncties.
