         De opdracht betreft een gemengde opdracht leveringen en diensten onder vorm van een raamovereenkomst. Hiervoor kiest de aanbestedende overheid op grond van het artikel 36 van de WOO voor de openbare procedure als plaatsingsprocedure van de RO.

         Deze opdracht handelt in het kader van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal 3 opdrachtnemers waarbij niet alle voorwaarden bepaald werden en waarbij, naargelang de specifieke behoefte, de deelopdrachten in deze raamovereenkomst opnieuw opengesteld worden voor mededinging (via mini-competitie of rechtstreeks onder voorwaarden via cascadesysteem).
