         1. Minimum 3 referenties met een gelijkaardig organisatieprofiel als UZ Gent (zijnde +/- 7.500 medewerkers en +/- 10.000 mailboxen, maar minimaal 5.000 medewerkers), waarvan minstens 1 van een ziekenhuis.

         Voor elk van de vereiste referenties dient minimaal volgende informatie te worden verstrekt:

         • Beschrijving van de oplossing

         • Beschrijving van plan van aanpak

         • Startdatum & looptijd van de opdracht

         • Contactgegevens (naam + telefoon/mailadres) van de betrokken dienst bij de referenties of van een contactpersoon.
