      Le mobilier est destiné aux nouveaux bureaux dans le bâtiment Möbius II. Ce bâtiment est encore en phase de finition et la date d"achèvement est incertaine en raison de circonstances extérieures (notamment l"influence du conflit en Ukraine sur la disponibilité des matériaux de construction). De plus, il est possible que, pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques du pouvoir adjudicateur, des modifications doivent être apportées à l"aménagement intérieur du bâtiment. Le contrat doit donc avoir une durée suffisamment longue, pour que les bureaux puissent être aménagés avec le même mobilier en fonction de la finition du bâtiment, afin que l"uniformité dans les bureaux soit garantie et que le concept de "New Way of Working" soit ainsi optimal promu. Dans une optique de maintenance, il convient également que le nombre de fournisseurs (par exemple de pièces de rechange) reste limité.
