Vennesla municipality intends to enter into a contract with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a system for analysis, business management, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, as well as the preparation of plans. Vennesla municipality has not found systems that can meet its needs in the same way that Framsikt can.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The contract will include any further modules in addition to those that are already currently in use, but which are deemed to cover the need within municipal planning, budgeting, financial planning, analysis and reporting. A comprehensive system with good integration between the modules to ensure quality and efficiency. The system will eventually be able to be integrated with the municipality"s financial and payroll system, and it is preferred for it to be able to import data from other sources and systems. This will make the financial plan more user-friendly and accessible, as well as include a system for online publication, provide a good overview of the municipality"s investment portfolio over several years and streamline the reporting process.

Vennesla municipality intends to enter into an SSA-L agreement with Framsikt AS for the delivery of the modules Analysis, Financial Plan, Reporting, Municipal Planning and Annual Budget. An option is included for the possible procurement of the remaining modules and integration with xLedger and Visma Multi, which is in the development phase at Framsikt.
