        Conformément à l’article 11 de la loi du 17 juin 2013 relative à la

        motivation, à l’information et aux voies de recours en matière de marchés publics et de certains marchés de travaux, de

        fournitures et de services, nous vous informons qu’un délai de quinze jours vous est accordé pour introduire éventuellement

        un recours en suspension dans le cadre d’une procédure d’extrême urgence devant le Conseil d’Etat, rue de la Science, 33 à

        1040 Bruxelles, contre la décision notifiée par la présente . Ce délai prend cours à partir du lendemain de la date d’envoi de la

        présente. Les modalités du recours en suspension sont fixées par l’arrêté royal du 5 décembre 1991 déterminant les procédures

        en référés devant le Conseil d’Etat. En cas d’introduction d’un recours, nous vous prions de nous en informer par écrit - à

        l’attention de la Direction générale, Monsieur Eric Fievez- avant l’expiration du délai susvisé. Nous vous recommandons d"utiliser

        à cette fin le télécopieur ou le courrier électronique (télécopieur : 04/3417759 - email: marchespublics@isosl.be). A défaut de

        quoi la procédure de passation du marché sera poursuivie. "

        La décision que nous vous notifions est également susceptible de faire l"objet d"un recours en annulation devant le Conseil

        d"Etat, rue de la Science, 33 à 1040 Bruxelles. Ce recours doit être introduit dans les soixante jours à compter du jour suivant la

        dite notification par envoi recommandé. Les modalités du recours en annulation sont fixées par l’arrêté du Régent du 23 août

        1948 déterminant la procédure devant la section administrative du Conseil d’Etat.
