De Overeenkomst heeft betrekking op het meerjarig in stand houden van, het monitoren

van en informeren over (de toestand van) het functioneren en presteren van het Areaal

Sluiscomplex Weurt en Sluiscomplex Heumen. Van de Opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht

dat de functionaliteit en prestaties van het Areaal in stand worden gehouden en, indien

overeengekomen, worden verbeterd. Van de Opdrachtnemer wordt tevens verwacht dat hij de hiervoor benodigde Werkzaamheden identificeert, optimaliseert en uitvoert en de resultaten hiervan verifieert, analyseert en verbetert.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

De Overeenkomst heeft betrekking op het meerjarig in stand houden van, het monitoren

van en informeren over (de toestand van) het functioneren en presteren van het Areaal

Sluiscomplex Weurt en Sluiscomplex Heumen. Van de Opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht

dat de functionaliteit en prestaties van het Areaal in stand worden gehouden en, indien

overeengekomen, worden verbeterd. Van de Opdrachtnemer wordt tevens verwacht dat hij de

hiervoor benodigde Werkzaamheden identificeert, optimaliseert en uitvoert en de resultaten

hiervan verifieert, analyseert en verbetert.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

VTW 91 Naar aanleiding van de tandwielproblematiek die is geconstateerd aan het Kanaalhoofd van SchutsluisWeurt West heeft ON opdracht ontvangen om onvoorziene revisiewerkzaamheden aan het middenhoofd uit te voeren. Als gevolg van bovengenoemde onvoorziene werkzaamheden was het doorgaan van stremming 6 als contractscope van Activiteit Voo-W05 t.b.v. terugplaatsen hefdeur in middenhoofd niet meer uitvoerbaar.
