         Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016.

         Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. De inschrijver dient minstens opgave te doen van 3 referenties per perceel aangaande leveringen in de laatste drie jaar van het aangeboden toestel (3x slibconcentratie, 3x slibdeken en 3x Droge Stofmeting), voorafgaand aan deze opdracht; hun bedrag, data en de publieke- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waarvoor ze bestemd zijn. Het betreft hier zeer specifiek de toepassing van metingen op waterzuiveringsinstallaties.

         Per referentie duidelijk adres, contactpersoon en contactgegevens bij te voegen, zie hiervoor template van een referentie Bijlage 3a Template referentie Slibconcentratiemeter en Bijlage 3b template referentie Slibdekenmeter en Bijlage 3c Drogestofmeter.
