VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Dans le cadre de la définition des profils et des besoins spécifiques des différentes directions a implémenter dans le bâtiment Bluelines (projet new HQ Infrabel), l"appel a un bureau spécialisé dans ces domaine s"est avéré nécessaire afin d"aider Infrabel a développer une approche et une methodologie générale d"amènagement des espaces lié entre autre à l"analyse des activités des différents collaborateurs. L"organisation et la tenue de workshop avec les différentes ambassadeurs représeatant les différentes directions font partie de la mission. Un support lié au change management est également compris dans l"offre.

Si ces PC n avaient pas été fait dans le cadre de l exécution, la fermeture du bâtiment n"aurait pas été possible et le scoope du marché initale grandement modifié. Ces PC sont liés à l"exécution du marché et ne peuvent en être détachés
