Het nieuwe gebouw bestaat uit 4 bouwlagen, waarvan 1 ondergronds en 3 bovengronds. De voetafdruk van het gebouw bedraagt circa 1.465m². Het volledige nieuwbouw project wordt verwarmd dmv geothermische warmtepomp.

         Perceel 2 betreft de gehele HVAC en sanitaire installatie voor het nieuwbouwproject.
