         De dienst is op zoek naar een allround communicatiebureau dat een totaalpakket kan afleveren van behoeftenanalyse tot eindproduct/evaluatie, zodat dit bureau volledig kan functioneren als nevenbureau van de Dienst Communicatie en ons kan bijstaan in de service die het voor interne en externe communicatie biedt aan de andere diensten van de Stad.

         Het bureau dient de communicatiestrategie-en policies van Stad Gent vlot en zelfstandig te kunnen toepassen wanneer zij rechtstreeks aangesproken worden door verschillende diensten van de Stad Gent.

         Een (interne of externe) communicatiecampagne bestaat onder meer uit:

         - behoefteanalyse / -omschrijving

         - Strategiebepaling en mediaplan met geschikte off en online communicatiemiddelen (waarbij strategiebepaling en mediaplan elk een afzonderlijk deel zijn)

         Opvolging en bijsturing wanneer nodig.

         - Uitwerken van creatief concept in beeld en copy

         - Uitwerken producten en/of content naar een mediamix in print, digitaal en bijhorende afgeleiden

         - Evaluatie en rapportage

          Wanneer de vraag naar communicatieproducten de capaciteit van de Dienst Communicatie overstijgt is het interessant dat we zowel (een set) kleine communicatieproducten als de aanpak van meer lijvige documenten kunnen uitbesteden aan een partner die daar in is gespecialiseerd. Dat gaat bijvoorbeeld om de update of nieuwe opmaak van van creatieve producten zoals brochures, flyers, infografics, nieuwsbrieven, … .

          Daarbij zorgt het bureau dat elke opdracht past binnen de richtlijnen en de schrijf- en communicatiestijl van Stad Gent.

          De partner geeft graag ook advies over de beste aanpak voor een DTP-opdracht en is creatief bij het ontwikkelen van bv. grafieken, tabellen of infografics zodat ook lijvige documenten een aantrekkelijk en toegankelijk ontwerp krijgen.

          De mogelijkheid tot omzetting naar digitale dragers/readers is een meerwaarde.

          Een opdracht kan zich ook richten op redactie of eindredactie van short of long copy voor print of digitaal.
