         L’objet de la mission sera de planifier et d’effectuer des observations client mystère sur le réseau de la STIB, d’encoder ces observations dans l’application web mise à disposition par la STIB et de faire un contrôle qualitatif et quantitatif des mesures avant de les transmettre à la STIB. La correction des encodages non conformes fait également partie de la mission.

         Le volume total est de près de 700 enquêtes par mois, à réaliser sur l’ensemble d’une journée, chaque jour de la semaine, jours ouvrables et jours fériés.
