         Het betreft een opdracht van diensten met als voorwerp:

         De studieopdracht, zijnde een stedenbouwkundige studie van de grotere site (bouwblok) en een renoveerbaarheidsstudie van de gebouwen in eigendom van Dijledal;

         De architectuuropdracht met inbegrip van alle studies stabiliteit en technieken van de te renoveren en/of nieuw te bouwen sociale woningen van Dijledal:

         • Riddersstraat 35 – 37 – 39 – 41 – 49 (‘Fabota’)

         • Riddersstraat 43 – 45 – 47 (‘Hotat’)

         • Riddersstraat 65 (‘Davé’)

   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver dat hij/zij aan alle hierna vermelde voorwaarden voldoet:

         1. Hij/zij bevindt zich niet in één van de uitsluitingssituaties, zoals bedoeld in artikels 67 tot en met 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten;

         2. Hij/zij voldoet aan de toepasselijke selectiecriteria als vastgesteld overeenkomstig artikel 71 van de wet van 17 juni 2016.

         Wanneer de inschrijver in teamverband deelneemt en bestaat uit meerdere rechtspersonen of natuurlijke personen, verklaart elk lid van de inschrijver, door eenvoudige inschrijving op de opdracht, zich niet in toestand van uitsluiting of onverenigbaarheid te bevinden.

         De onderaannemers verklaren eveneens, door eenvoudige inschrijving op de opdracht, zich niet in eenzelfde toestand van uitsluiting of onverenigbaarheid te bevinden.

         De inschrijver wordt van de deelname aan de opdracht uitgesloten indien bij nazicht zou blijken dat hij zich in een toestand van uitsluiting of onverenigbaarheid zou bevinden. Bovendien worden inschrijvers waarbij tijdens het verloop van de procedure zou blijken dat zij zich alsnog in een toestand van uitsluiting of onverenigbaarheid bevinden eveneens uitgesloten.

         Voorafgaand aan de gunningsbeslissing zal de aanbestedende overheid de inschrijver aan wie hij heeft besloten de opdracht te gunnen, verzoeken om de nodige stavingsstukken in te dienen voor zover de aanbestedende overheid deze stukken niet zelf via elektronische weg kan opvragen.

         Controle door de aanbestedende overheid

         De aanbestedende overheid verifieert online via de Telemarc toepassing, cf. het Koninklijk besluit plaatsing overheidsopdrachten in de klassieke sectoren van 18 april 2017:
