         Levering, plaatsen, indienststelling en onderhouden van een NMR scanner met toebehoren.

         In de opdracht is ook de volledig afgewerkte kooi van Faraday inbegrepen, berekend op een NMR toestel van 3T.

         Voor de inplanting en het ontwerp maakt de leverancier gebruik van de ter beschikking gestelde ruimte.

      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016.

         * * Voor Belgische Inschrijvers zijn volgende documenten beschikbaar via elektronische weg en vraagt de aanbesteder zelf deze inlichtingen op:

         - Het attest van aangifte en van betaling van de sociale zekerheidsbijdragen van de RSZ;

         - Het attest van BTW-plichtigheid (FOD Financiën);

         - De juridische situatie (niet-faillissement of soortgelijke situatie) bij de KBO;

         - Het attest fiscale schulden (FOD Financiën).

         Niet-Belgische Inschrijvers staan zelf in om de overeenstemmende bewijsstukken te bezorgen.

         Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij voldoet aan de onderstaande selectiecriteria:

         1. De kandidaat-inschrijver legt een document voor uitgaande van een erkend accountingkantoor of revisor (met vermelding van naam en erkenningsnummer) met daarop een vermelding van de Z-score (Altman) van de kandidaat-inschrijver.

         Deze Z-score (Altman) wordt op volgende wijze berekend (indien private onderneming):

         Z-score = (0,717 * A) + (0,847 * B) + (3,107 * C) + (0,420 * D) + (0,998 * E) ;

         met:

         A = werkkapitaal / totale bezittingen

         B = totaal van de ingehouden winsten / totale bezittingen

         C = winst voor belastingen en interest / totale bezittingen

         D = boekwaarde van de bezittingen / boekwaarde van de schulden

         E = omzet / totale bezittingen

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         1. De score dient hoger te zijn dan 1,8.

         Bij een lagere score moet een motivering van een erkend revisor worden voorgelegd waarin wordt uitgelegd waarom de score lager ligt en waarom dit voor de uitvoering van de opdracht geen probleem is.

         De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om de dienstverlener alsnog uit te sluiten.
