        The aim of this contract is to set up a framework contract for the purchase and/or installation and/or commissioning of safes and protected cabinets on the sites of the European Parliament (EP) in Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg. In addition, on an ad hoc basis, the EP may request the delivery/installation of safes or protected cabinets in one of the EP Liaison Offices (or Europa Experience spaces) located in the 27 EU Member States.

        It involves the supply, delivery and transport to the place of installation of equipment and, if necessary, the installation and commissioning thereof. The successful contractor will also provide support, training, supply of software and updates, decommissioning, and all other services necessary for carrying out these activities.

        The contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment provided by the contractor during the warranty period of at least two years.
